The engineering integrates industrial machinery technology, with moulded steel parts :

All the mounting brackets are in cast steel (high strength industrial technology) and pre-mounted to adapt to either hydraulic or mechanical parallel linkage.

The pivot pins are equipped with grease feeders, and are mounted on replaceable honeycombed bushings. They are treated to exacting anti-corrosion protection standards in order to last.

The loader arm structure is built with high quality sprung steel, and incorporates an automatic robot-welding process.
